Errors are often caused by the smartphone or computer used. Please try the following:
Are you using an iOS device?
- Log out of the app.
- Close LOVOO and all other applications by double clicking on the Home button and then swipe the window upwards.
- Restart your smartphone.
Are you using an Android device?
- Log out of the app.
- Close LOVOO and all other applications. To do this, open your phone settings, followed by the Application Manager. Then click on “LOVOO”, then “Force stop” followed by “Empty cache” directly underneath.
- Restart your smartphone.
Are you using the LOVOO website?
