How can I change my password?
If you registered with LOVOO using your social media account (Google, Apple, Facebook, Snapchat) or your phone number, then you will not have assigned a password. In both cases, you will use the password of your social media account or a six-digit code via SMS to log in to your LOVOO profile.
If you registered using your email address or disconnected your social media account or phone number from your LOVOO profile, then you will need to use a password to log in to your LOVOO profile. You can change the password yourself as described below.
In the LOVOO app:- Go to "News" (bell icon in bottom right corner),
- Open your profile (person icon in top left corner),
- Tap on "Settings" (gear symbol in the top right corner),
- Select "My account",
- Enter your new password under "Change password".
On the LOVOO website:
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner,
- Select "Settings",
- Enter your new password under "Profile details".
After you have performed these steps, an email will be sent to the address associated with your LOVOO profile to confirm the new password. Please also remember to look in your spam folder.

How can I log in?
To log in to your LOVOO profile, choose the method you used to register on the home screen.
Did you register using a social media account (Google, Apple, Facebook, Snapchat)? If so, tap on the corresponding icon of the social media account. If you are asked for a password at this point, please enter the password for the social media account.
Did you register using your phone number? If so, tap on the phone symbol and enter your telephone number. You will receive an SMS with a six-digit code. This code will be used for legitimation. A password is not necessary.
Did you register using your e-mail address? If so, tap on "Login with email address" and enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot your password?" function to reset your password.
Important: In the following cases, we regret that you will no longer be able to log in.
If you...- Lost access to the social media account or deleted it,
- Registered using Google, but are now using an iPhone,
- Registered using Apple, but are now using an Android device,
- Registered using Google or Apple, but are now using the website.
In such cases, our customer care team will be happy to help you to log into your LOVOO profile.

How can I register?
We are so excited that you are going to become a part of LOVOO! There are two ways to register with LOVOO:
1. You can register with LOVOO using a social media account (Google, Apple, Facebook, Snapchat). Download the LOVOO app from the App Store or Google Play and tap on the icon of the social media account you would like to use for registration on the home screen. This will directly transfer data from the social media account and you will use the password of your social media account, so you don't have to create and remember a password for LOVOO.By the way, it will not be posted on the social media account that you have registered with LOVOO.
2. You can register with LOVOO using your phone number. Download the LOVOO app from the App Store or Google Play and tap on the phone icon on the home screen and enter your phone number. You will receive a confirmation SMS with a six-digit code. Each time you want to log in to your profile, you will receive a new code via SMS. This code serves as verification, so you do not need to create or remember a password.

How can I log out?
Do you want to log out of the LOVOO app? Simply use the logout button in the settings: Open your profile (person icon in the top left corner) and go to the settings (gear icon in the top right corner). Here, you will find a button labeled "Logout" in the top right corner.
Please note: You can only log out of your LOVOO profile if you have previously confirmed your email address. If this is not the case, when you tap on the logout button, a window will automatically open where you can request a confirmation link to be sent to the email address associated with your LOVOO profile. Clicking on the link will confirm your email address and allow you to log out of your profile.

How do I get started with LOVOO?
Are you wondering how to get started and be successful on LOVOO? Here are a few tips to help you embark on your adventure with LOVOO.
- Discover LOVOO: Download the LOVOO app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Start with the basics: Create a new profile using your phone number or social media account (Facebook, Google, Apple, Snapchat).
- Show yourself as you are: Choose a cool profile name, answer a few personality questions, enter some personal information and upload a picture of yourself to your profile. Your face should be clearly visible in your profile picture, because first impressions are often crucial.
- Improve security: Confirm your email address.
- Verify your profile: Prove that you really are the person in your profile picture. This helps others to trust you and makes it easier to connect.
- Find people who are a match for you: Set your filters to match your personal interests, and the journey can begin. Try out the Match feature – it shows you matching profiles.
- Get active: Give likes and send icebreakers to draw attention to yourself.
- Start chatting: Get to know amazing people on LOVOO better. You will receive a notification as soon as someone likes your profile or replies to your Icebreaker. Now you can chat with each other as much as you want.

How can I register with my Apple ID?
If you are using an Apple device, you have the option to register with LOVOO using your Apple ID, i.e. your personal account. When doing so, you can choose to transmit your Apple ID email address in unencrypted or encrypted format.
If you choose the unencrypted option, the email address of your Apple ID will be stored in your LOVOO profile. However, if you choose the encrypted option, Apple will create a random email address (e.g.: wjk67fgqrs@privaterelay.appleid.com), which is then stored in your LOVOO profile.
There are two ways to find out which email address your LOVOO profile is linked to:
In the LOVOO app:
- Go to "News" (bell icon in bottom right corner),
- Open your profile (person icon in top left corner),
- Tap on "Settings" (gear symbol in the top right corner),
- Select "My account",
- View your current address under "Change e-mail address".
On your iPhone:
- Go to Settings,
- Select "Apple ID",
- Tap on "Password and security",
- Go to "Sign in with Apple",
- Tap on "Apps that use Apple ID",
- Search for LOVOO,
- View which email address is used for LOVOO.
Important: If you have any questions about your profile and would like to contact the Customer Care team, we will need the email address that your LOVOO profile is linked to.

Login options
Start having fun right away and there’s no need to enter your email address and password every time you want to use LOVOO!
Simply connect the app to your Facebook account and in doing so you will have created the most convenient login process.
Note: Your Facebook friends can’t see anything about your LOVOO membership, and we will also never post on your timeline without your permission.
To disconnect from your Facebook account, simply log in to your Facebook profile and go to “Settings” > “Apps.”
The Apple users among you can also log in with your Apple ID.

How can I change my email address?
No matter how you choose to register, your LOVOO profile is always associated with an email address. You either specified it yourself when signing up, or it was taken from your social media account (Google, Apple, Facebook, Snapchat).
If you registered using a social media account, only the Customer Care team can change your email address. To do so, please send an e-mail to support@lovoo.com. Changing the email address in your social media account does not automatically update your LOVOO profile.
If you registered using your phone number or your e-mail address, you can change the e-mail address on your own by following the steps below.
In the LOVOO app:
- Go to "News" (bell icon in bottom right corner),
- Open your profile (person icon in top left corner),
- Tap on "Settings" (gear symbol in the top right corner),
- Select "My account",
- Your current email address is shown under "Change email address". You can enter a new email address here.
On the LOVOO website:
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner,
- Select "Settings",
- Your current email address is shown under "Profile details". You can enter a new email address here.
An email will be sent to the current address asking you to confirm the changes. Please also check your spam folder.

How can I delete my profile?
You can delete your LOVOO profile in the settings under "My account". To do so, open your profile (person icon in top left corner) and then the settings (gear icon in top right corner).
You will receive an email with a link to confirm your deletion request. It will be sent to the email address that your LOVOO profile is linked to.
Something didn't work or you didn't receive an email? If so, please contact our Customer Care team or use our contact form.
Important:- Keep in mind that if you delete your profile, all credits earned will be irrevocably lost, and you will not be compensated for them. Credits cannot be transferred to another profile, nor can they be refunded.
- Your premium subscription will not automatically be terminated by deleting your profile. Hence, be sure to cancel your premium subscription by contacting your payment service provider.
LOVOO is the place you can always return to for flirts, dating and live events.

How can I verify my profile?
It is important to us that you only meet genuine people at LOVOO. Nobody likes fakes.
That is why we are working every day to keep LOVOO free of such fake profiles. You can also actively help us to make LOVOO a safe place by verifying your profile.
By the way: Verified profiles are rewarded with 100 credits!
Prerequisites for verification:
- Your email address has been confirmed.
- Your face is clearly visible on your profile picture.
How to verify your profile:
- Open your profile (person icon in top left corner).
- Click on "Verify profile" below your profile picture (app) or to the right of your profile picture (website).
- Follow the instructions.
Please note: Your face, your hand and the note must be clearly visible. Your profile name and verification code must be handwritten legibly on the piece of paper.
As soon as we receive the verification photo from you, we will compare it to your profile picture. Once this is done, the process is complete and your profile will receive a blue check mark.
