• There are several roads leading to Premium. You can switch to Premium from within your profile settings.
• You can purchase your Premium package with just a few clicks and start flirting right away.

In the LOVOO app (these are subscriptions):

• iTunes
• Google Play (as well as Google Play credit, which is not a subscription as an exception)
• PayPal
• credit card (with Adyen)

On the LOVOO website you have the following options:

• PayPal (subscription)
• Paymentwall (not a subscription)
• Mobile invoice (Mobiamo - subscription via Google Play)
• Sofortüberweisung (Klarna – not a subscription)

It is usually necessary to link the bank account or credit card to the respective account in order to purchase a subscription.

No subscription is taken out for the payment methods of Sofortüberweisung, mobile bill or Paymentwall. We currently do not offer the conventional bank transfer or direct debit.

Before you initiate a payment as a mobile invoice, we advise that you contact your network operator to ensure that this service is provided. You should also check the terms and conditions of your network operator.

A Premium account is linked to the profile where it was activated and cannot be transferred to other profiles. It is also important that the email address used with the payment provider is identical to the one that you have registered on LOVOO. This ensures that your payment can be assigned to your profile.

Note: Deleting a LOVOO profile does not automatically lead to an existing subscription being cancelled. So don’t forget to cancel your ongoing membership with your payment provider before you delete your profile.

Generally, iTunes won’t allow you to subscribe without a bank account or credit card associated with the account. We currently do not offer payment via conventional bank transfer or direct debit.
