You can enter everything that interests you and that you would like to share with others in your profile. The more lovingly you design your profile, the more curious other people will be to get to know you.

Open your profile (human symbol in the top left-hand corner) and then tap on "Edit" directly below your profile picture. Under "Details" you can fill out your profile.

You also have the opportunity to answer a few profile questions right here. What does a perfect date look like for you? What was the bravest move of your life? Which Disney character would you date and what was the last dish you cooked? Choose questions that appeal to you, add your answers and add them to your profile. There's room for your humor or for serious thoughts and wishes - simply the perfect place for your personality!

Would you like to change your place of residence? It's easy to do in your profile settings. To do this, go to your profile (human symbol in the top left-hand corner) and then click on the "Edit" button directly below your profile picture. Scroll down and enter your place of residence under "Location". However, you can only enter a location that is recognized by the autocomplete function.

You are free to choose your place of residence and it will not be checked by anyone. An important note for you: Your current location, which the LOVOO app uses to find a partner, is determined by your smartphone's GPS module.

You decide who you meet in the match or on the surrounding list - at least in terms of gender and age range. Premium members can also use the advanced filters. They allow you to search for people who speak a certain language, who may already have children, who don't smoke and much more.

 

If you want to change your search settings, you have 3 options:

 

Change search settings in Match

You will see the filter symbol at the top right. Tap on it to set or change your preferences and to be shown flirt partners that are interesting for you.

 

Change search settings in the environment

If you click on Surroundings in the bottom bar of the app, you will also find the filter icon in the top right-hand corner. Tap on it and go to the settings to set or change your preferences.

 

Change search settings in the profile

In your profile, tap on the cogwheel symbol to access your settings. Here you can adjust your preferences using the filters under "Search settings".

 

An important note for you: It is not possible to search for people by profile name.

You can change your profile name in the profile settings. To do this, go to your profile (human symbol in the top left-hand corner) and then click on the "Edit" button directly below your profile picture. Now you can edit your profile name under "Details" under "Name".

You can change your date of birth by opening your profile (human icon in the top left-hand corner) and then tapping on the settings (gear icon in the top right-hand corner). Under "App settings", select "My account" and tap on your date of birth. You can now edit your date of birth in the app.

An important note for you: You can only change your date of birth once in the app. A second change can only be made by our Customer Care team.
