If you open the Daily Surprise for seven days in a row, you will have the chance to receive a free day's worth of Premium. Premium benefits are now active and will be deactivated again after 24 hours.

How to get your Premium benefits:- There are several roads leading to Premium. You can switch to Premium from within your profile settings.
- In just a few clicks, you can obtain your premium package and start flirting straight away.
- To allow you to obtain your Premium membership as conveniently as possible, we work together with iTunes.
As a rule, iTunes does not allow you to take out a subscription without linking your bank account or credit card to your iTunes account. We do not offer payment by conventional bank transfer or direct debit.
Note:
A Premium account is linked to the profile for which it was activated and cannot be transferred to other profiles. It is also important that the email address used on iTunes is identical to the one that you have registered on LOVOO. This ensures that your payment can be attributed to your profile.
Warning: Deleting a LOVOO profile does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. So don't forget to cancel your current subscription with iTunes when you delete your profile.

- You can purchase your Premium package with just a few clicks and start flirting right away.
- We work with a variety of payment providers to make things as convenient as possible for you.
In the LOVOO app (these are subscriptions):
- iTunes
- Google Play (as well as Google Play credit, which is not a subscription as an exception)
- PayPal
- credit card (with Adyen)
On the LOVOO website you have the following options:
- PayPal (subscription)
- Paymentwall (not a subscription)
- Mobile invoice (Mobiamo - subscription via Google Play)
- Sofortüberweisung (Klarna – not a subscription)
It is usually necessary to link the bank account or credit card to the respective account in order to purchase a subscription.
No subscription is taken out for the payment methods of Sofortüberweisung, mobile bill or Paymentwall. We currently do not offer the conventional bank transfer or direct debit.
Note:
A Premium account is linked to the profile where it was activated and cannot be transferred to other profiles. It is also important that the email address used with iTunes is identical to the one that you have registered on LOVOO. This ensures that your payment can be assigned to your profile.
Note: Deleting a LOVOO profile does not automatically lead to an existing subscription being cancelled. So don’t forget to cancel your ongoing membership with iTunes before you delete your profile.
