To log in to your LOVOO profile, choose the method you used to register on the home screen.

Did you register using a social media account (Google, Apple, Facebook, Snapchat)? If so, tap on the corresponding icon of the social media account. If you are asked for a password at this point, please enter the password for the social media account.

Did you register using your phone number? If so, tap on the phone symbol and enter your telephone number. You will receive an SMS with a six-digit code. This code will be used for legitimation. A password is not necessary.

Did you register using your e-mail address? If so, tap on "Login with email address" and enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot your password?" function to reset your password.

Important: In the following cases, we regret that you will no longer be able to log in.

If you...

• Lost access to the social media account or deleted it,
• Registered using Google, but are now using an iPhone,
• Registered using Apple, but are now using an Android device,
• Registered using Google or Apple, but are now using the website.
