To log in to your LOVOO profile, you can select the method you used to register on the start screen.
Have you registered with a social media account (Google, Apple, Facebook, Snapchat)? Then tap on the corresponding social media account icon. If you are asked for a password at this point, this means the password of the social media account.
Have you registered with your phone number? Tap on the telephone receiver symbol and enter your telephone number. You will receive an SMS with a six-digit code. This code is used for authentication. A password is not required.
Have you registered with your e-mail address? Then tap on "Login with email address" and enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the function "Forgot your password?" to reset it.
Important information for you: Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to log in in the following cases.
You ...
- have lost access to the social media account or deleted it,
- had registered with Google, but now uses an iPhone,
- had registered with Apple, but now uses an Android device,
- you had registered with Google or Apple, but are now using the website.
