Requirements for verification:
- Your e-mail address is confirmed.
- Your face is clearly recognizable in your profile picture.
How to verify your profile:
- Open your profile (human symbol in the top left corner).
- Click on "Verify profile" below your profile picture (app) or to the right of your profile picture (website).
- Follow the instructions.
Please note: Your face, your hand and the piece of paper must be clearly recognizable. Your profile name and the verification code must be handwritten legibly on the slip of paper.
As soon as we have received your verification photo, we will compare it with your profile picture. The process is then complete and your profile receives the blue tick.
