That's why we work every day to keep LOVOO free of these fake profiles. You can also actively support us in making LOVOO a safe place by verifying your profile.

Requirements for verification:

• Your email address is confirmed.
• Your face is clearly recognisable in your profile picture.

How to verify your profile:

• Go to ‘My Likes’ (heart icon in the bottom right corner).
• Open your profile (person icon in the top left corner).
• Click on ‘Verify profile’ below your profile picture (app).
• Now follow the instructions.

Please note: Your face, your hand and the piece of paper must be clearly visible. Your profile name and the verification code must be written clearly by hand on the piece of paper.

Once we have received your verification photo, we will compare it with your profile picture. The process is then complete and your profile will receive the blue tick.
