If you have registered with LOVOO using your social media account (Google, Apple, Facebook, Snapchat) or your telephone number, then you have not assigned a password. In both cases, you use the password of your social media account or a six-digit code via SMS to log in to your LOVOO profile.
If you have registered with your email address or have disconnected your social media account or phone number from your LOVOO profile, you will use a password to log in to your LOVOO profile. You can then change the password yourself as follows.
In the LOVOO app:
- Go to "News" (bell icon in bottom right corner),
- Open your profile (person icon in top left corner),
- tap on the settings (gear symbol in the top right-hand corner),
- Select "My account",
- enter the new password under "Change password"
On the LOVOO website:
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner,
- Select "Settings",
- enter the new one under "Profile details"
After you have gone through the individual steps, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address linked to your LOVOO profile in which you can confirm the change. Please also check your spam folder.
