To log in to your LOVOO profile, you can select the same method on the home screen that you used to register. 

Did you register with a social media account (Google, Apple, Facebook, Snapchat)? Then tap the relevant social media account icon. If you are asked for a password at this point, this means the password for your social media account. 

Did you register with your phone number? Then tap the phone icon and enter your phone number. You will receive an SMS with a six-digit code. This code is used for verification. A password is not required.

Did you register with your email address? Then tap „Log in with email address” and enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the „Forgot password?” function to reset it.

Important information: Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to log in in the following cases. 

You ...

• have lost access to or deleted your social media account,
• registered with Google but are now using an iPhone,
• registered with Apple but are now using an Android device,
• registered with Google or Apple but are now using the website.
